Silver Screen Outdoor Events 16’x9′ Inflatable Movie Screen

The Silver Screen Outdoor Event 16’x9′ Rental Package is perfect for larger school or church events. The 222 inch diagonal screen is secured to a 21’x18′ frame and can accommodate approximately 400 people seated or up to 1000 people standing.

It is great for any crowd from school to church, for fundraisers or fun/fellowship nights, or even community movies in the park nights. It can easily accommodate groups in school gymnasiums, baseball fields or in the park, etc.

  • Peavey PV6 sound mixer

  • Host(s)/Hostess(es) for all set up, monitoring and break down of equipment

MILEAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF $.75 PER MILE ROUND TRIP OUTSIDE OF KNOX, SEVIER OR BLOUNT COUNTIES.

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE $250 DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE. BOOKINGS NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL BY 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. BOOKINGS NOT PAID IN FULL WILL BE CONSIDERED CANCELED & THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FORFEITED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN AGREED UPON AT TIME OF BOOKING.

 ***Additional charges beyond the allotted live event time, and normal set up & breakdown of equipment will be billed at a rate of $25 per 1/4 hour.
