The Silver Screen Outdoor Event 12’x7′ Rental Package is perfect for school or church events. The 168 inch diagonal screen is secured to a 16’x13′ frame and can accommodate approximately 175 people seated or up to 500 people standing.

It is great for any crowd from school to church, for fundraisers or fun/fellowship nights, or even community movies in the park nights. It can easily accommodate groups in school gymnasiums, baseball fields or in the park, etc.

  • 2 Peavey PR12D speakers
  • Peavey PV6 sound mixer
  • Sony Blu-ray DVD player OR Wii Gaming console and up to 4 remotes

  • Host(s)/Hostess(es) for all set up, monitoring and break down of equipment

MILEAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF $.75 PER MILE ROUND TRIP OUTSIDE OF KNOX, SEVIER OR BLOUNT COUNTIES.

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE $150 DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE. BOOKINGS NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL BY 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. BOOKINGS NOT PAID IN FULL WILL BE CONSIDERED CANCELED & THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FORFEITED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN AGREED UPON AT TIME OF BOOKING.

 ***Additional charges beyond the allotted live event time, and normal set up & breakdown of equipment will be billed at a rate of $25 per 1/4 hour.
